I hate crying myself to sleep, especially when it’s over BS. I’m tired of being last on my best friends list, sick and tired of it.
I’m ready to be that confident girl I once was, a pound at a time.
New goal - lose 10 lbs by Sept 15th. On sept 15th when I reach that goal, you can catch me at Nordstroms!
Just writing this made stop crying.
#thankGod
It’s Friday night 11PM and I’m laying in bed waiting on my laundry to get done. It seems pretty lame, but it beats going to a smokey dive bar and drinking and ruining my last 2 days of healthier eating.
Today I ate:
Breakfast: 3 slices of turkey bacon, 2 egg whites in 2 red bell pepper cut outs sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Also, I had a coffee from Starbucks with skim milk and 2 packets of splenda.
Lunch: Salad - Romaine lettuce with 1/2 avocado, a few croutons, sprinkled some romano, and light caesar dressing.
Snack: Cube of 2% colby cheese, 7 tortilla chips, and beans on top
Dinner: Grilled red potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and chicken sauteed with a serving of Philadelphia Savory Garlic cream.
DRANK LOTS OF WATER TODAY!
Also, did some serious yard work this afternoon! I trimmed two bigger trees in the front yard and in the back yard. I had an issue backing out of my driveway this morning due to this gigantic tree in my front yard, got that fixed up!:) I also cleaned out what will be a flower garden from lots of dead leaves and weeds!
I plan on getting back into the gym and running in the morning starting Sunday. I felt like I needed to get my eating habits in check before I dove back into working out.
You should check out my fridge, nothing but healthy:)
I know I only have 2 followers, but man it sure does feel good to tell the story!
Maybe you’ve lost ten pounds. Maybe you haven’t even lost two yet. But the fact of the matter is that you’re doing something about it. Don’t give up; you can NEVER give up.
One morning you didn’t just wake up fat, did you? No. So don’t expect just to wake up one morning and be skinny. Did you gain that weight all at once? No. It was a gradual process. So don’t expect to drop 20lbs in a day. Did you see yourself get bigger after just one pizza? No. So don’t expect to be skinny from eating less for a day or two. This will take time and effort, and yes it will be hard at times, but nobody said it would be easy, they said it would be worth it.
