Sometimes I think people can go on a binge of sex. If you deprive yourself of it, you will go crazy when you have it and want more and more. Granted, this is for sexual people who like sex. I may have had the most disappointing weekend, I made the worst decisions about life and it could have hurt some people in my life. Good news, I won’t be drinking again until St. Pats. but you always regret it when you don’t. Seriously, if you’ve been putting off working out, just do it! I procrastinated doing a nice, long run for so long that when I finally did it today, I wondered why I put it off in the first place!
